To provide our customers with the flexibility they need, we offer comprehensive flight exchange policies that align with the terms and conditions of the airlines we partner with. Below, you’ll find detailed information on how to exchange your flight tickets and the key factors to consider.
- Eligibility for Exchange:
Flight exchanges are subject to the specific policies of the airline that issued the ticket. Most airlines allow ticket exchanges for flights purchased under flexible fare rules. Restrictions may apply to basic economy or promotional fares.
- Timeframe for Changes:
Tickets must be exchanged before the scheduled departure of the original flight. Some airlines may impose a deadline (e.g., 24 hours before departure) for initiating changes.
- Fees and Fare Differences:
Airlines may charge a service fee for exchanging tickets, unless explicitly waived. If the new flight’s fare is higher than the original ticket, passengers must pay the fare difference. In cases where the new flight fare is lower, some airlines may offer travel credits or partial refunds.
- Amendment/Exchange Fees:
Any changes made to a reservation within 3 hours before the flight departs will be subject to a minimum Airlines Amendment Fee (Per change, Per Person), applicable fare difference, plus our rebooking service fee of $50. If you request multiple changes and/or request adjustments at the last minute, additional fees (e.g., No-Show Fee) may apply. Paying the above amendment fee does not guarantee a change until it is paid to the airlines/supplier and the amendment/reissuance is done by the Supplier/Airline. Exchange will be confirmed within one to two business days.

If it is beyond our control and we must occasionally cancel bookings, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Some changes are minor and don’t affect travelers, while others may significantly alter your plans.

If changes are due to medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or unforeseen events, airlines may offer exceptions or fee waivers. Supporting documentation may be required.

Changes in flight date & time are subject to availability and upon payment of a change fee per person, plus any additional cost between the original price paid and the lowest available price for the new flight.

All bookings of airline tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly described otherwise. Alterations, transfers, or cancellations affecting your flight(s) will incur charges up to the price of the air tickets, including all taxes and charges.

Refund requests are subject to the fare rules with the airline or suppliers. Processing may take 4-6 business weeks.

Cancellations or alterations may result in costs that will be billed or deducted from any refund payable in case of cancellation.
- Changing flight departure/return date
- Changing flight time or route
- Changing passenger’s name
- Changing itinerary for another itinerary
- Removing/changing passenger’s name (subject to airline’s policy)

We will process your Exchange/Amend request within three business days after receiving your request via phone or email. We will NOT acknowledge any request made over voicemail. Please confirm via email.

Requests for cancellations/amendments will only be accepted if received from the same email address that was provided during booking.
