General Policy

Our discounted tickets do not have a 24 hours free cancellation period. This also applies to low-cost airlines (such as SPIRIT, FRONTIER, VOLARIS, ALIGIENT, VIVA AEROBUS, EASYJET). Voiding your reservation within 24 hours may be possible for a fee. We do not provide credit card refunds depending on the fare rules. You will be issued credit towards future travel to the same geographical region after cancellation fees, if you need to cancel the tickets.

Some tickets may be completely non-changeable and non-cancellable. Government-imposed travel restrictions related to pandemics do not affect this policy. If your flights are cancelled by the airlines, or are changed by more than 6 hours, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will assist you in rebooking you on another flight or issue a full credit towards future travel.

Refund Process

In some exceptional cases, we may process a refund back to you, but all refund requests submitted are subject to audit and approval through airlines and consolidators. Refunds are not guaranteed until approved by the airlines/consolidator. A processing fee by our customer service may be charged for all permitted cancellations.

Refund Timing

If a cancellation is requested for a refund within 24 hours of the booking, it may take up to two billing cycles from the date of refund processing until the original payment method is credited. In some exceptional cases, it may take more time, depending on the airline/consolidator or type of itinerary booked.

Cancellation Made Within 24 Hours of Purchase

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, our discounted tickets do not have a free cancellation period. If voiding your reservation within 24 hours is possible, we may refund the amount after deducting our service fee. Change fees may vary depending on the airline, ticket supplier, and new fare price.

Refund Requests Conditions

  • Traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us, and the airline rules allow for the same.
  • Traveler should not be a "no-show." Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund processing from the airline/suppliers.
  • Waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund.
  • The date we receive your cancellation request and the commencement date or time of departure of your flight are used to compute cancellation costs.
  • No name changes or refunds will be granted if the flight is due to take off within the next 24 hours.

Wire Transfer Refunds

Refunds for bookings paid by wire transfer are often processed by PayPal or regular mail. Any applicable wire transfer charges will be subtracted from the total refund amount for refunds handled via wire transfer. If your credit card is active, you will get a refund to the same card.

Reservation Not Assured

A reservation is not assured just because you make a transaction. Some unpublished rates may require a minimum number of travelers. The impacted customer will either get a full refund or have the option to choose an alternative flight. It would be rare for this to happen.

What is Not Eligible for a Refund

If you do not show up on the day of departure, this will be treated as a "No-Show," and the airline will not refund the money or keep the ticket value. Any modifications to the itinerary will be subject to the airline's ticket fare policies. Under no circumstances will the traveler be reimbursed for any unused portion of the trip after departure. When purchasing Basic Economy or Restricted Economy airfare, there is absolutely no room for adjustment or return.

Reservation Cancellation Procedures

Within one business day, we will handle your request to cancel or get a refund. Please provide the same email address you used when making the reservation. If you do not respond to the cancellation confirmation email but instead have a verbal conversation with a customer care agent, your cancellation or refund may not be processed. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
